All IMP's printed publication prices include Standard postage and handling charges. Charges for Priority Mail delivery are available on request. Please use CONTACT US.
All orders will be executed soonest after receipt of payment. Please note the following delivery times are based on the information provided by the Dutch postal system Post.nl [see www.post.nl].
IMP cannot accept any liability for late(r) delivery.
Average standard postal delivery in working days:
- Netherlands: 2-5
- Europe: 3-10
- North America: 10-15
- Australasia & New Zealand: 15-20
- Central & South America: 15-25
- Rest of the World: 15-30
Returns & Claims
Returns are only accepted for misprints. Please always request for permission for returns. Always refer to IMP's invoice number.
Claims for online malfunctions should be made as quickly as possible – but not later than 10 working days as otherwise such claims cannot be honoured.
Claims for missing shipments should be made within 1 calendar month from the date of IMP's automated order confirmation as otherwise such claims cannot be honoured.
